Responsibilities 

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements

• Must have a current NJ license or permit in Cosmetology or Esthetics as a Esthetician/Aesthetics or Cosmetologist (will consider individual with a temporary NJ license)
• Must possess a positive, upbeat, and personable attitude.
• Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, staff, and studio management.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
